PROPERTY & CANCELLATION POLICIES



- Confirmed reservations do not allow modifications, less than 15 days from the check-in date.

- Reservations made less than 15 days prior to arrival do not allow modifications or cancellations with a refund.

- In case of no-show or early departures, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

- In case of cancellation/refund and consequent transfer of the payment already made, a €25 fee may be charged due to administrative charges.

- The deposit refund can be processed within 10 days after the cancellation date.

- Monte da Corça Nova has at your disposal 2 payment methods: credit card and bank transfer

- If you choose the bank transfer method, and your stay is within the next 15 days, your reservation is only considered confirmed after sending the bank transfer proof to mcnalentejo@gmail.com 15 days before your arrival.

Otherwise, Monte da Corça Nova may cancel the reservation.

- The check-in is between 03:00 pm and 08:00 pm and you should inform Monte da Corça Nova earlier about your arrival time. And the check-out is until 12:00 pm. 

- Monte da Corça Nova may at any time change the existing rate price, except on reservations or pre-reservation already made.

- Monte da Corça Nova may at any time cancel or suspend any package or promotion on its website, except on reservations or pre-reservation already made.


- The wi-fi is free and is available in rooms and in the breakfast area.

- Breakfast is served in the breakfast room every morning from 8:30 AM till 10:30 AM.

-It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-outs between 14:00 – 18:00 hrs., an additional half day’s charge will apply at the regular room rate. Any check-outs after 18:00 hrs will be charged at a full day’s regular room rate.

- The parking is private, outdoor area and free.

PAYMENT & CONDITIONS


Use of this Stripe online payment platform constitutes a contract between you and Monte da Corça Nova. These are the terms and conditions of the use of this platform and we recommend that you read them carefully. By using this service you warrant that:

You have the authority to accept these terms and conditions

The credit card being used is in your name or, if in another name, that you are authorized to use it 

The information you have provided is true and correct.

You are over 18 years of age

When you use this platform, the funds will be deducted from your credit card in Euro.

Due to the nature of online transactions, it may take a number of days for this charge to appear on your credit card.

We do not store any of your credit card information, this information is encrypted and transferred to Stripe to complete your transaction.

If the payment is successful you will receive a confirmation notice, if unsuccessful you will be advised that your payment has failed.

By using Monte da Corça Nova Stripe platform you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to Stripe.

Conditions and Permanence of Pets

GENERAL REGULATIONS AND CONSENT

1. Admission

The accommodation accepts pets/company only in the accommodation designated as Suite 7 (Suite on booking).

The accommodation reserves the right not to admit pets/companion animals.

Pets that meet and respect hygiene and civility conditions will be admitted, and must be properly vaccinated, with a chip and accompanied by their documentation. For the sake of logistics and the comfort of all guests, the accommodation reserves the right to limit the occupancy of pets to 1 room, equipped with better conditions for hosting them.

If the animals are agitated, show aggressive behavior or are unable to remain silent, the Hotel reserves the right to request their departure.


2. Fees and Liability

An additional cleaning fee will be charged per pet, per night to be paid at check-in in the amount of €15. Any damage caused to the accommodation and property will be the responsibility of its owners.


3. Access and Circulation Areas

Pets are prohibited from circulating or staying in the restaurant area (and breakfast), swimming pool and public areas. Pets are welcome in the outdoor areas, terraces provided they are accompanied at all times by the owner, and must always circulate on a leash.

We draw special attention to guests to avoid access by pets during their hygienic outings. The cleaning of solid and liquid waste is the sole responsibility of the guests, who must be accompanied by all the necessary utensils for the animal's stay (containers for water and feed, guide, food and hygiene material).


4. Permanence in Rooms

We recommend that pets do not stay in the rooms for prolonged periods, as it is expressly forbidden for them to remain alone in the rooms after 9 pm and for more than 2 hours.
